Hand lettering carries a personality all its own. Yet many brand activations ask for something calligraphy cannot promise across hundreds of pieces: an exact typeface, repeated flawlessly from the first guest to the last.
The hot foil press answers that need. With heat and pressure, each letter is set into the surface and finished in foil, leaving a crisp, permanent impression that feels as considered as the gift itself. It is the same care I bring to every engraving and every stroke of ink, now in a form built for brand standards.

Hot foil stamping is part of my heat debossing practice, alongside hand engraving and calligraphy. Your logo can be pressed onto every piece before the event, then each guest's name or initials added live, so the keepsake feels both beautifully on brand and deeply personal.

Do you provide the leather goods?
Clients typically purchase their items directly. I am happy to suggest pieces and confirm that each one will take the foil beautifully before you order.
Which materials work best?
Genuine leather and PU leather give the cleanest impression. Other surfaces can be considered once I have seen a sample.
Can you stamp our company logo?
Yes. A custom logo die is made for your mark and is best suited to leather and PU leather gifts. Please inquire early so there is time for the die to be produced.
Is there a minimum booking for live events?
Live hot foil stamping is booked for a minimum of four hours on site, with setup included. The minimum applies even when the service window is shorter.
How many guests can you personalize for?
Pace depends on the item and the length of text. For high-volume activations, I bring a second artist or an assistant to keep the line moving.
Do you travel for events?
I am based in Calgary and regularly work in Toronto and Edmonton. I visit Toronto on scheduled dates throughout the year, and when your event aligns with one of those visits, travel is included. Ask about my upcoming Toronto dates when you inquire. Travel elsewhere in Canada and beyond is quoted per event.
How is pricing determined?
Every booking is quoted individually, as investment depends on the scope of the job: guest count, items, location, and hours on site. Live bookings begin with a four-hour minimum, with setup included.
How is payment arranged?
Bookings are confirmed with full payment, or with 50% at booking and the remaining 50% due one day before the event.
